Heatwave and thunderstorm

Chip has just about had it with the hot weather that has been keeping him at night, and can no longer hold in place.

Late at night, he sees thunderclouds gathering, in the distance, flickering and rumbling as they announce the rain to come.

He is very eager to wait for rain, out in the open until Shelldon tell him it might not be safe to wait for a thunderstorm where he could get hit by lightning.
